The information that Big Boy® collects varies depending on the activity you are interacting with online. Bigboy.com does collect anonymous demographic and interest information using Google Analytics. This information is not personally identifying and may include your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences and interests. You can turn off Google Analytics’ tracking at any time by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-ons currently available.

Big Boy® does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Big Boy® and its third-party web applications do not use cookies to collect or store personally identifiable information. Third-party applications we use on our Site may attach cookies that fall outside Big Boy’s privacy policy, such as Google Analytics which uses cookies to show how visitors have explored and engaged with our Site. This helps us improve our Website so visitors can find what they’re looking for more quickly and easily. Visitors may opt out of Google Analytics whenever they choose.

In addition to the above, when using the Big Boy’s Mobile Application, we may collect information including the type of mobile device and operating system being used. If location services are activated, the App will access the real-time geo-location of your device to find the nearest location or other search functionality. There may also be instances in which the device camera is activated upon approval for promotional purposes and game participation.

We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user’s movement for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Bigboy.com or microsites operated or provided by Big Boy® or any of its affiliates may make forums available to its users at various times or the ability for users of the website or microsite to upload photographs or videos. Please remember that, unless otherwise stated, any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information in these areas.

To ensure compliance with federal law, the general portion of Big Boy’s website and any microsites operated or provided by Big Boy® or any of its affiliates that reference this policy do not knowingly collect or maintain information provided by children under the age of 13. If you would like to enroll your child, age 13 of younger in the Big Boy® Kid’s Club, you must opt into the service by submitting your own personally identifiable information.
